A young man who reside at Omole walk to Omole phase 1 gate with a keg filled with petrol, pour the petrol on his head and ignite using matches.
An eyes witness said he knows the man has Hamed, he stays at Ladega street inside the Estate.
He suffers from little mental illness since two year ago. He added.
He said he lost his parents some years ago.
